I am using BSNL since 9 months and in this whole period I have just experienced call drops and blocking. If we want to call on STD then we have to start calling before 1 hour so that we can have clear line once call is established then it will never remain for not more than 10 mins. Forget about calling in busy hours all this is happening in normal hours in busy hours it is impossible to get connected before 2 hours of struggle with phone.
I am just fed up from BSNL's service. I don't think that BSNL people are doing anything for their network. Even if you want to log a complaint they just provide you a no. which is not in use from a long time so that you can not even complaint for their network.
