Till yet not received 11months validity & 25rs of balance

My mobile no is 9431346141. I had my complaint on 31/08/10 no is-(5965192) & 22/09/10 no is-(6091841) for not yet received of my 11 months validity & my 25 rs of balance. I recharged with amount 110rs on 31 August. On this, I have to get 100rs of balance & 12 months validity., but i got only 75rs of balance and 1month validity. Since a month is going to complete & my validity is going to lapse on 2/10//10. And i haven't got any feedback from the Bsnl service centre. I called them several times a day, but they are always saying that, your complaint is in processing. And they are unable to give me a feedback till yet. So, I kindly requesting you all, to do needfull help for this matter.
