I LODGED COMPLAINTS SEVERAL TIME THAT MY PHONE SET IS FAULTY. BUT NO ONE BOTHER ABOUT IT. ATTENDANT SAID EVERY TIME THAT PHONE SET IS NOT AVAILABLE. IF BSNL CAN NOT PROVIDE SET THAN WHY SHOULD I PAY BILL EVERY MONTH. I MUST BE REFUNDED AMOUNT SINCE MY FIRST COMPLAINT. MATTER MOST URGENT.
