SIR,

i purchased bsnl sim card{8986749026} in month of july but just after 1 month it began showing me "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" i tried to seek support from customer care but no response was given except "YOUR COMPLAINT IS IN QUEUE EVEN AFTER 14 DAYS";Finally i took duplicate sim;bt after 2 months it has again started giving me same error & when i talk to customer care they donot respond apprecabily.

Pls help me, I AM A STUDENT OF ISM-DHANBAD{IIT-DHANBAD}
