Caller tune service was activated on my mobile and I was charged for it. I never applied for the service. I unsubscribed for the service by sending sms. It got deactivated. After few days the service was again activated of its own and I was charged again.
I have two bsnl gsm connection. one morning I received sms thanking me for subscribing to Indiatimes services and I was charged for it. It happened on both of my mobiles at the same time. I never applied for that service.
After each event I tried calling up bsnl moble customer care on 1503. I was put on queue and never attended. I tried on this number at least 50 times in last one month, but the experience was the same each time, it was never attended.
I don't know how to avoid this menace and anticipating that I will be charged for nothing in future as well.
