I've applied for a Land line connection before one month ago and i've paid 500 Rs for that but never heard anything from the bsnl workers, I had lot's of visits to BSNL office Jhotwara but they are not responding me well, always making new excuses .. so what should i do now? Should we take it to legal actions?
