As a citizen of india, I would like to intimate you regarding M/S ASTRO AXIS SERVICES, Flat No.401, IV floor, Dhansi Surabhi Complex, Greenlands, Begumpet, Hyderabad-16. And whose Service Tax Registration No. AAACW-0216FST001 and Pan No. AAACW0216F. They are Providing service to World Phone India Pvt Ltd, D-100, II floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-20 (Ph:011-26372645, 26372646) for South India Zone. Every year the company total turnover is approximately 1.5 to 2crores and they Operating their transactions through A/c No.05122560000399 HDFC Bank, Rajbhavan road, Hyderabad. They are taking Service Tax from customers but the same time they are not paying to Department of Service Tax. Being a good citizen I feel it is my duty to inform the concerned Authorities so that appropriate action can be taken by you. M/S Astro Axis Services is doing different business services on the same name.
I have been observing for last 5years there were many people and I also posted complaints in this forum but there is no result from concerned authorities and I observed your service tax department is very lazy and careless. For that reason now I am sending this complaint to Chief Commissioner, Director of service tax and central excise and Commissioner of Hyderabad Zone.
