I am pre paid customer of BSNL mobile service. My cell no. is 09417121656. BSNl radio station services has activated its services on my cell without my consent automatically and is deducting sum of Rs.20 nearly every month since Nov.2010. I have requested the customer services many times but still the services are not deactivated instead it is insured by the customer care that from the next month it will not be charged. You are kindly requested to do the needful. Thanks Amarjit Singh
