I am trying to unsubscribe caller tune, but no success.
The BSNL mobile number is 9425349923.
1. I sent a message with text BT DACT to 56700 (I got a reply that this code of song is invalid)
2. I tried calling 56702 (reply, I am not allowed to call on this number.) (On BSNL site it is mentioned to call 56702 to unsubscribe)
3. I tried calling on 56700 and followed the instructions to unsubscribe (at the end reply with error message)
4. I tried calling customer care numbers 94350324365, 9425124365. (for the first one reply is number invalid, and for the second there is no reply)
Now PLEASE suggest me what should i do I am helpless.
