If call the toll free number (1800-266-3366), it goes to Tata Indicam. But my service provider is BSNL and I am Switching to Tata Docomo. If i ask Docomo Officer he says its BSNL error.

The UPC number which is Given to the service provider is same which is sent to me by 1901.
