Sir,
On 27/02 i have recharged my BSNL data Card No.-8986890499 with Rs.606 in which BSNL was offering 1GB day and 5 GB night data usage and 30 days validity, but, after recharge i got only 30days validity and Rs.100 balance and not the data plans which was offered by BSNL.After that I called BSNL customer care for this matter, and they haven’t given any useful information regarding the problem.
Please help me to retrieve my problem
