NOT working no more than one month

Dear sir/madam

My father is retired from s.d.e post and was using the mob nob.09450601166 and regularly paying the out standing bills, around one month back he requested to change the catagory from post paid to pree paid the company promised to do the same thing in 7-8 days, but till this date, more than one month has passed but no communication has been done from service provider, please help us.
