Iam the resident of vijayawada, andhra pradesh., our city one of the divisional city of the district as well as state.iam the customer of airtel with the mobile number of 9949320366., iam residing in the heart of the city which is nearer to railway, bus stations jst walkable distance at our residence area., from past 2-3 years onwards i, as well as our area airtel customers were facing a lot of irritable problem with poor network/signals.it is very difficult to find even one point of signal in indoor area., some times same in out door area also., total airtel customers in our area facing the same problem (coming out side and shouting while talking in the mobile).many times i brought this issue to your customer care executives nd also to airtel administrative staff., surprising thing is it will takes 2 to 3 calls to connect ur executive because of signal dropping., no signals and poor network .ur executivies also said that "we conducted a survey in your locality nd we find that there is an problem regarding network, it will be reduced in next span of expansion"saying the same reply fram 1 year onwards in this connection iam asking u., tht u r company has no time to respond towards my complaint, bt u r giving publicity "airtel no-1 network in andhra pradesh"with legendary brand ambassidors really it is very shame full to bluff the customers being an no-1 network we r facing such a problem? what for ur publicity if u r not providing proper service to the customers., i to agree that airtel is an no-1 network if i satisfied with the network.u r asst.manager i dont know her name she said tht sir we will look after urproblem seriously and slove with in 3months.3months gone nw it is 7th month running struggling with the same problem.wt shold i do? and how can i believe ur network is no-1 network in andhra pradesh., sir iam nt residing in far away from city, iam residing inside the city., several times i complained bt no one of ur executive or technical team visited to our area i dont know how your executives done a survey and came to conclusion as i said before about ur executives replys u can find in my complaint data how many complaints i kept before you.other networks like vodafone, idea, tata., they are getting full coverage., why airtel coverage is in worst stage., due to this problem we are facing health problems also like blood pressure, irritation problem., as a educated customer iam bringing this issue to ur notice through online, bt some of them in our area they dont know how to use nd demand for your service., so i requesting and pleding your kind heart to look into the matter and hope for quick response according to your status., plz send your execcutive to your locality by that he can know the status of our problem. treat the customer loyally and respond according to that, hope this time i will get an clear response.callers saying tht "hey ur mobile was not in coverage area, nd your voice was breaking, nt hearing properly, call dropping they are treating that iam not intereasted to respond their calls., totally it was very very irritating thing every day .i lost my patience nd using this source.and it is very shame tht the reputed company executives/exployees promising false promises. nd i never expect such kind of bullshit responses again after bringing my issue to your notice.hope i can find a right solution to my issue
