Poor service, validety problem every month

Hi

every month we have problem BSNL prepaid sim validity problem it is not rolling validity just like other operators they are giving Rs.1 every month detect in balance. like Airtel, vodafone aircel etc.

also giving poor service in GPRS datacard, very low speed too much day by day&&&why r u using poor servicing Govt. Company.
