BSNL LANDLINE & INTERNET PROBLEM FROM DEC

DEAR SIR,

I am a customer of BSNL Broadband under 500 combo night unlimited pack.landline number is 033-24202962.I am facing problem with my landline connection. I have disappointed with the BSNL service. My BSNL landline goes blank after every 1 or 2 week from december till today (no dial tone). Every time when the problem started i register complain within 24 hours. But I got service from BSNL (HARIDEVPUR exchange) after 3days (or after 1 week). Amazingly i can't get the clear tone from landline speaker after the service. It sounds a buzzy tone with the dial tone. I cannot get the clear sound of the person of other side. And it also effect my internet connection too. My internet connection link stops after every 5-10 minutes. The link stable after restarting the modem. I really disappoint with this service from BSNL.In the current month (march) i have not got the connection atleast 14 days!!! JUST IMAGINE!!!

I am really disapponinted with the service. Currently there is no dial tone on my land line from 5 days.i am using internet using mobile phone. I made a complain also.please attend the fault as early.
