Ive been using BSNL services for 4 years now, it was always bad, but these days, its become worse. They have no Customer Service at all.
The only service they provide you with is calling service. When will they realize that a phone company needs to do more, instead of spending millions on Priety Zinta as their Brand Ambassador, they need to spend of their service.
I was waiting for the MNP to start in my city, but now even that seems to be a headache. Its not as easy as projected, I think best is to get a new Number.
Any suggestions?
