Alance deduction

Hello,

i am ankita shrivastava using reliance-smart since last 3 years... nd suffering from balance deduction problem since last 2 months..

this my 3rd complaint and still i dont get any solution or response..i am really very tired from smart... its too much now..now i gt feard for balancing my sim card as whenever i got recharged i suffer from balance deduction problem..and faild in making communication with customer care as usual.. :((

will u response now plzz... its again too much
