I am BSNL mobile customer and willing to terminate BSNL mobile services under MNP facility. I have applied for MNP since last 2 months, but as per the other service provider where I am willing to activate mobile services, BSNL is not providing the “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) which is necessary for this MNP.
Not sure what is the rule here and why BSNL is not giving NOC for MNP. Please assist and do the needful.
