I (Mrs. Bhagyashri Ramkrishna Yeole) have a mobile prepaid sim card 9403097780 of BSNL, after providing the require document at the time card purchasing, then as per policy again we have fulfill there requirement 3 months ago. then also without any notice BSNL stop my service since Monday (18 April). So I launched a complaint on toll free number against complaint ID-4944548. the person assured me that within 24 hrs. we will resolved your problem, today also i tried to contacted at BSNL office Chalisgaon but now they demand me other document proof, and in between that my outgoing service is blocked and my daily amount cutting is continue under scheme of my sim card.
