Sir, my name is nerendra joshi from jalgaon-maharashtra.my number is 9403836668 i am using bsnl card i have recharged my mobile by 3g data ussage for rs 400/-but when i try to use it the message comes saying that ur not allowed.i have try to use it in another mobile but the problem presist. i have called bsnl call center about 25 times they pick and keep the call and put it on hold or says tranfering to gprs departmet and put on hold, so i am unable to know what the problem is.
