Unwanted deductions are being made by BSNL. Today I receive message "Hi customer ur subscription 2 music station will be renewed on 2100-05-08. To unsubscribe dial 12630033". I have aready requested vide complaint No E03UP863494 dated 03.05.2011 to unsubscribe all such unwanted subscription. Even after when I dial 12630033, which supposed to dial for unsubscribe for such services, I made to hear series of songs on further my bill charges.
Please look into the such matter arrange to stop cheating of customer by such service providers.
