RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE and NOT GETTING SERVICE WHILE I AM PAYING FOR THE SAME

Hi I am Rahul Gera and i have been using BSNL Prepaid Wireless Internet (usb micromax modem) for the past few months. I am getting a very slow speed for the past 2 weeks. I have been calling BSNL again and again but when I talk to the cstmr service, they are very rude and talk to me in such a manner as they are a gangster, they shout at me too. Most of the times they hang up on me. I am very angry, frustrated and disturbed due to such a behaviour of BSNL people. I have spent so much money in calling them. Please tell me that what should I do...???

I would like you to take such an action on them so that they will never ever misbehave with the customers like me. I know that if i am facing this problem then it means others are facing the same too. So please help...
