Vulgar Service Messages

I am daily getting several "service messages" from 54646 with vulgar content such as "Catch Belly Queens on Your Mobile" with links to http://201.87.41.147/hungamawap/bsnl/50082/index.php3 which is unethical and ridiculous. Please stop sending such messages and/or tell me how to lodge a complaint in the official channels
