Service problem

My phone number is 02186-229074, my phone is dead since last 3 days from this post.we applied a complaint but no one come to solve the problem. i also had a broadband connection but it gets break in between when i am doing important work, the internet not operate properly. we told by officials that the line has problem but no one came to change it we have given complaints in office about our phone set change for that also department not able to provide the set.kindly look into the complaint,
