Respected Sir,
I, Tinku Biswas use a MTS data card for internet. But recently, I am informed that another MTS data card no is 9143950927, is also registered by my name, my address, and my personal mobile no. I am not using this specified number and I do not know who is the actual user of this number and how he/she get my doccuments for this purpose. Regarding this issue I have contacted with MTS customer care executive and MTS nodal officer many times. But they are very irresponsible. They do not take any action about this issue.
It is my humble request to you to take action regarding this problem.
