Esteemed sir,
i am paying undue charges for the 'Music station' named facility provided by BSNL- chandigarh. i have never ever activated this service on my cell no. 9463383753 but from the last more than six (06) months i am paying for this. every time they send a message about deducting amount from my prepaid bill and gives a number of their company to deactivate (if desired), the no. is12630033 but when i call on this no., inspite of deactivating they extend my call to tell their other services and i do not get proper direction that what to do for stopping this unwanted service.
please help me out, i have spent much amount till date for this.
