Dead conection

I Natha Singh S/o S. Pritam singh R/o Kotkapura bye pass, Near railway crossing, Moga have a landline no. 01636-233754 Of your prestigious company. I would like to come to your notice that this number is dead from the last one month. I already lodge a by hand complaint to start my number having complaint number 21, dated 09-06-11 in the concerned BSNL office. I would like come to youer notice that no action has been taken right now. Due to the disconnection of this number i suffer a lot. This is my humble request to take the necessary action against this.
