BSNL service is by far the worst service I have come across. I have got new numbers when i have started calling them and in future if i get some problem whether problem is resolved or not i get more BSNL phone numbers whom i need to contact for getting things done.
2 weeks my phone was dead it took them 2 weeks to repair. Now its more than 2 weeks my landline no. was interchanged with some other no. after complaint they have changed the no. to yet another different no. If you call them they behave as if they are doing charity. They shout at you as if you have done a mistake
If they dont rectify their mistakes they would loose customers
