My BSNL 3G prepaid connection of Kolkata circle been top up with Rs. 100 following the instruction of customer care executive Ms. Baisali on 18-07 around 10am. But when I top up the account it got main balance addition while I clearly told her to get internet pack. Thus my 100 rupees wastage done by the BSNL person, after that when I called BSNL again then they told to use recharge option not top up option. Again to hear once again I called BSNL customer care they told the same thing i.e 100 rupees to be topped up. The call recorded for future evidence. I need my money back immediately. This is their fault they have to compensate my account.
