Dear sir,
my broadband with land line no. 0291-2546444 is dead since last Thursday, complaint to bsnl customer care is already loadged but till date no response received from bsnl. i am suffering my work due to dead phone & also broad band not operating.
kindly arrange to rectify the complaint as soon as possible.
