Disconnected without my permission

I have my mobile nr as 91 99 40 123 123 and i was having 3G services since May. I had made a request to shift my plan form 200 mb to 2 GB on 17th july and it was done. Later i went to Srinagar, Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad and none of the place 3G was working and only edge was used in all these places for 10 days. When i reached Chennai on 1st Aug i found still 3G not working. When i rang up Air tel call center they told me that my 3G service was stopped from ht July. I was shocked to know this. I never made any such cancellation request. In fact i had spent 30 minutes discussion about 3G plans etc and roaming charges on 3G in north India etc on 19th july .. the executive on the other side on her own disconnected. Now i will be charged heavily for my edge usage. May i request the authority to inveterate restore my 3G from 20th July itself so that my billing is taken care of. I have made a request to get my 3G fome yesterday ie 1st Aug under old plan and it is been done. But for my old plan I need restoration from 20th July. Will the Air tel executives look into my request and complaint.?
