Lost simcard

Dear Sir/Madam,

The BSNL simcard that my father was using is missing since last week.

I request to lock the simcard, details of which are as follows

Number : 9422026898

Name: Kulkarni Dnyaneshwar Dattatraya

Address : 16 B Vijay Soc, Bijapur Road Solapur 413004.

As we need new simcard of same number, very sooner we ll be coming to BSNL office to follow the procedure.

Till then please LOCK / DEACTIVATE the above mentioned number.

I tried to register complaint on 1800-180-1503 number, but was not able to connect to operator.
