HI SIR I M BHAWANI SHANKAR SRIVASTVA AND PURCHASED BSNL CONNECTION 3 MONTHS BACK AND WHEN PURCHASED THIS CONNECTION SALES PERSON NOT TOLD ME ANY FURTHER CHARGES FOR PURCHASE NEW CONNECTION THEN I PAID 1250 AMOUNT OF CONEECTION.WHICH INCLUDEs 750 CONNECTION SECURITY AND 500 HUNDRED LANDLINE SECURITY WHEN BILL WAS COME THE AMT. OF 14 DAYS WHICH IS 1774/-RS WHICH INCLUDE 500 HUNDRED INSTALLATION CHARGES LAND LINE AND 250 RS INSTALLTION CHARGES IS MODEM INSTALLATION BUT NO BODY TOLD ME THESE CHARGES OTHERWISE I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS CONNECTION .

SO REFUND MY AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

IF YOU DON'T TAKE ACTION THEN I WILL GO FOR CONSUMER COURT.
