Sir,

i am dhinakaran and my landline number is 2512933

my land line was not working from the period of april'2011 to august'2011.

i have made a complaint on the month of april more then 3 times.

i was told by the exchange people that there was not availability of cable for connection which was always shortage from your side.

i again made a complaint around august month end and atlast they made my landline work after six months.

now the problem is they are demanding outstanding bill for all these period for which they have not provided me service.

and also my service is also disconnected.

what should i do now i am always made to roam around different bsnl offices for which i am not at all responsible.

either BSNL have to reconnect my service and waive of the rent for these period or i will have to approach legally for which i have been made suffer for all these months.
