I have recharged my BSNL mobile with rs 98 Internet plan. But from last 4 days i am not able to access internet on my mobile. I have called up the customer care center daily but i am not getting proper response and solution from them.. The worst case happening with me like, when i made a call to them some times they received my call and put me on hold and then cut- off it. some times they picked up and told me &-quot; I am transferring your call to my supervisor and then put me on hold and last they would cut off my phone"
Some times they give me answer like " Our server is down that's why it is happening.
I asked them to take my complaint and give me the complaint number but they regret me & said we could not take your complaint this is an small issue.
Even i think the customer care representative don't have full information about the BSNL services. they even have no idea about their products :(:(:(
Because of such kind of service BSNL loosing their customers. No one will use BSNL card.
I am requesting you to take strict action against this. Please give me justice..
