My BSNL mobile NO. is 9475814661. On 06.09.11 I've made a complaint having Sl. No. I06WB969427 regarding deactivation of ear-displeasing Caller Tune (I've not chosen that song) and that request was kept on processing till renewal date.
They can activate the CT instantly, but for deactivation taking perpetual time. on 13th September i received an SMS about auto-renewal date of CT i.e. on 15.09.11 and chargeable amount is Rs.30/-. But, it's very unfortunate that on 14.09.11 they have renewed CT service and charged an amount of Rs. 30/-. This is very unfair. Now a days BSNL have started cheating business, bcoz they can not earn money in fair way, they are not able to compete with other companies. it's in bankruptcy due to some corrupted people.
I'll not use BSNL SIM and tell everybody not to use also. I'll go to Consumer courts to get back my money, if that money is not returned back soon.
