Callertune Deactivation

I have talked to cuatomer support officer for deactivation of caller tune... they responded that it will be deactivated within next 4 hours and no charge will be further deducted from my mobile account balance...

but it has yet not deactivated and two times caller tune charge has been deducted from my account balance/
