I am a user of BSNL broadband. My BSNL landline number is 0484-2730157.I was a trust on billing of BSNL. But this month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against Hungama MoD (Music on Demand). When i go through old bills, it was charged form many moths back. I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said service.
I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.
It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL. and i am trying to find another telecom service provider.
So please make necessary action to stop this Hungama MoD charge immediately and get back the money that charged from me without my permission and knowledge.
