Hi,
I tried calling BSNL customer care to update my last sim card, however no one bother to answer my concern. The way they behave is so rude, and they disconnect the call with out any reason. Their language and communication skills are so pathetic, they are unfit to be in that seat. BSNL shame on you for your pathetic service and the way you treat your customers. Shame on BSNL employees who don't think about improving service, and wasting public money with hefty perks. You are unfit to be mobile service providers.
Please traine your custmer support executives with basic customer handling skills.
