Dear sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice my bsnl landline no 0761- 2660533 from the below address is not working since 15-16 days.

Note: This is not the first time this always happens once in a month but we are regularly paying the rent even though the landline is not working.

Kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible.
