Out going calls not going

Sir,

I have ported my Mobile Number 9431071772 from VODAPHONE to BSNL on 12/07 in Saharsa but outgoing calls and SMS not going from my Mobile Number I visited Saharsa BSNL office and call to TDM Saharsa on 9431000064 so many times but No result later I visited Patna Head Office and Met Mr. Rajesh Verma (SDO Mobile) he provide Me a another contact Number of Mr Amit-9431000244 after that I call to Mr Amit he told me please call to Mr Majid-9431000490 after that I called to Mr Majid He told me Please call to Mr. Rajesh Verma (SDO Mobile)

Sir,

I call so many times to call centre from 12-07 to till date and wasted so much time but no result

Kindly solve my problem or provide SMS facility for porting request.
