Dear sir,

airtel has 3rd class services and customer care exc. are also 3rd class, ...my 2 airtel postpaid numbers are baared (08295596666)(8295683333)... and they are barred without any reason... they generate my bill and didnt less my message pack free message balance... now they saying that you have allow to send 100msg per day, but this rules is run from 27th of september, but they are calculating for whole month i.e my billing period from 8th september to 7oct... you dont know how much problems i am facing from pst three days, i am missing my very important calls on because of bharti airtel, what is my fault if you generated wrong bill... i m speechless... contact me as soon as possible @ 09802020209... hope you will get back to me soon...
