Since I am regular taking BSNL 5 paisa per sms plan at Rs. 13/ per month charge but BSNL service provider charged Rs.0.50 paisa per SMS on Diwali festival and on next day of Diwali, (almost 10 times more) and no prior information given for the same. Thus BSNL charged more in sending SMS on Diwali day and next day of diwali (26/10 and 27/10).
