Change of address not updated

I have 3 mobile connections and all are in my CUG group for the past 7 years 9841213000, 9841310556, 9094010556 and during this time I have shifted 3 houses and b4 shifting each houses I used to promptly mail the aircell customer service and mention my new address and they also would perfectly update the same and send me the next month bills to my new address.

Likewise this time also during the month of June I had mentioned the new address and shifted my house in the month of july and expected my July month bill to be send to my new address. But to my surprise only one nos ie 9094010556 had come and other two nos ie 9841213000 and 9841310556 till date ie nearly 4 months ie 4 bills generated and still they have not updated my new address for this two nos but only one bill comes to my new address 9094010556 and other two goes to my old address. Inspite of sending many mails and even the nodal officer of aircell cellular mailed me that my new address is updated in their systems and that I would get, my two nos bills to my new address, but even this month ie oct 9841213000 and 9841310556 bill had gone to my old address.

Iam really fedup and even mentioned in my mail that I will file a case against aircel for irresponsiblity, poor service and mental agony.
