I AM HAVING A POSTPAID MOBILE CONNECTION SINCE 1993 FROM BSNL-KOLKATA VIDE MOB NO. 9433009384. SUDDENLY I FOUND A MESSAGE THAT I HAVE CROSSED THS LIMIT OF RS. - AND I HAVE DOWNLOADED 11 GB VIA GPRS AND MY CURRENT USAGE IS RS. 4682/- I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE TO INVESTIGATE BUT NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER CAME. I WANT THE PROPER INVESTIGATION TOWARDS THE SAME WITH FULL DETAILS OF THE BILL AS THIS HAS BECOME FIRST TIME. REPEATEDLY MESSAGE IS COMING THAT MY CONNECTION IS GOING TO BE DISCONNECTED. WHY THE ALRAM WAS NOT RAISED AS SOON AS I CROSSED RS. - IT CAME ONLY AFTER CROSSING RS. 4632/- THIS IS SIMPLY REDICULOUS.
