I have been asked to pay Rs.1379/- towards usage of land line and BB HOME COMBO UL 625 from 1.12.2011 to 31.12.2011 as per Bill No.157773207 dt.06.01.2012. including a previous balance of Rs.689.38. I have paid all the bills for the previous months. Hence there is no amount unpaid . so I request to please give the details of the previous balance shown in the current bill.
