Spelling mistake in billing name

Respected Sir,

I'm Ganga Ram Bharti, bought bsnl landline connection in Jan. I would like to know the procedure to change the subscriber's name as it is printed on my monthly telephone bill Gagan Ram Bharti (which should be Ganga Ram Bharti)

My land line number is 0120-2860052.
