Land phone not working (04802864681)

Sir, Iam E.I.Ouseph residing in Abudhabi, and my home phone is not working (land line-04802864681). In my houase my wife children and my old mother. my wife telephonically reported in through proper channel (Vellengllure-Irinjalakuda-Trichur). But no any response from department. mychildrens are studing in diffrent colleges. So I kindly request to you please repair our phoneas as soon as posible.
