Dear Sir,
My BSNL landline phone with broadband (0343-2570010) is down for nearly a month. In spite of automatic fault booking (docket no.:11347880282) & repeated follow up with local authorities, no fruitful result has come up yet.
Subsequently, a mail was sent to PG officer, SDE (MIS) & Nodal officer, AGM (MIS) at [email protected] & [email protected]. But, that too did not work.
Please intervene in this matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.
