The WIFI service on my telephone number 0120-2512075 has never performed satisfactorily since its installation about a year ago. Several complaints to BSNL have gone unheeded. Frequently, the phone too does not work. The state of affairs is completely unsatisfactory, and is a disgrace to the organization. I do hope someone will take notice and rectify the problem in a hurry.
